After January 1, 2010, Florida driver's licenses are going to align with FEDERAL identification specifications, "Real ID".
Starting January 1, 2010, when you renew your license you will need to provide:
You can register your cars and motorcycles at the same time you change your Driver's License.
You'll need to physically take your car to the DMV.
You can do Voter's Registration at the same time you update your Driver's License.
You'll need this registration to register for your Homestead Exemption.
After your deed is registered, visit the County Tax Appraiser's office. You'll need your Voter's Registration, Driver's Licenses, and some other documentation. Call the County Office before you visit to ensure you have everything.
You are allowed a 55 gallon garbage can, but you need to go buy it. Garbage is collected on Monday morning and Wednesday morning.
Recycling containers are available from the OTOW Service Office. Recycling is collected on Thursday morning each week. You do not need to separate recycling materials.
Yard waste is collected on Wednesdays.
The Chamber is located at 310 Southeast 3rd Street Ocala, FL 34471-2107, (352) 629-8051.

Visit the OTOW Service Office behind Winn Dixie with your golf cart to register the cart for use within OTOW grounds.
You'll need Proof of Liability insurance for 100/300 coverage. You can buy that insurance at Allstate, or at various independant insurance operators for about $50-$120/year, depending on your choices of coverage.
OTOW prints a phone book once each year, sometime in January.
If you'd like to be included, you need to fill out a form at the OTOW Service Office. You'll be included in the next printing.
